		<description>Wow what a list.  None of those are appealing at all to me.  For anyone who has thought about moving overseas, there are actually quite some affordable and beautiful places abroad for retirees or people who are in careers that travel well.  I&#039;m not one of those lucky ones at this stage in life but maybe some day.  You can get an idea of what&#039;s out there watching the show House Hunters Intl on HGTV, which showcases some really neat cities/towns.</description>

		<description>Hmmmm, all places look like hell on earth except Orlando Metro.  I&#039;d go Orlando first then Dallas b/c of the state tax savings.  I think Tiger Woods lives in the Orlando area actually and is saving $8-10 million in state taxes a year!</description>
