Definitely tweeting this! It's interesting because I'm pretty sure I'm at the point in my current career where I am ready for something new - to the point where money isn't an issue. I've been contemplating going into the non-profit sector where I'll be making 33% LESS than what I make now - and it's NOT discouraging me! This is a brand new feeling for me where I used to be so concerned about salary - now I just want a job that I don't loathe and that I can look forward to making a difference with each day.
