So I've been doing backdoor ROTH contributions for a while now for myself and my wife. I think ROTHs are awesome, probably the best tax break available to the general population, but I see some people down on them - why?
I'm already maxing my 401k and doing a of of post-tax investments. I just wish I could put more in my ROTHs now. When I retire and my income goes down, I will try to do some conversions every year in a lower tax bracket to get my ROTHs funded as much as possible.
