Just a tip for anyone with babies... You know how they wake up in the middle of the night? you have to feed them changed them etc?.... You know how you turn on the light to see and it wakes up you and the baby more? Well

Get yourself a low watt RED led light bulb!

Blue light, day light, is a color in most bulbs. It signals our brains that it's day time. The red bulbs don't have any or as much so it gives you enough light to see but NOT truly wake up your body or mind!

Trust me it works. Worked on all three of mine and everyone I tell about it and does it agrees.

Time is money. Sleep uses your time. It's $10 that can buy you hours of sleep... for you and the baby.

Thank you! With a 6-week-old, I totally could use this! Will let my wife know too. That is a great idea. I have a lamp in my living room.

I have a red lamp shade in my office... hmm, maybe that's why I get sleepy in there!
