Title: CBS Pays CEO Les Moonves A Potential $120 Million Severance
Post by: Sam on September 10, 2018, 09:46:29 AM
With such a huge potential severance package from a serial sexual misconduct reported CEO, why do people still not believe they can get a severance for being a good employee after several years of hard work?

I'm really trying to understand why folks have this self-limiting belief about themselves in the workplace, when there are countless examples of people who have negotiated a severance.

From what it looks like he will not be getting that severance. If he does, aren't they saying a good portion will be donated to the #MeToo movement?
