I'm an investor in a private real estate fund (DME Fund) and discovered that Pharma Models, based at 257 Simarano Dr Annex 2, Marlborough, Massachusetts, wasn't paying its rent at a suburban Boston office property my fund owns in Boston.
Pharma Models actually never took over the space when it signed a lease in late 2022, and has settled with their landlord in 2024. The case is resolved.

Dr. Brynmor Watkins
Dr. Watkins has 25 years experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, including 13 years experience as a senior manager in preclinical contract research organization (CRO) businesses. He has experience across a wide variety of disciplines, including oncology, virology and immunology, as well as a great deal of experience in the areas of animal welfare and regulatory affairs. He has authored numerous scientific papers and a number of patents, as well as helping numerous companies move their projects into clinical trials and/or achieve funding goals, through government grants or through equity markets.
Dr. Josephine Sung
Josephine Sung graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with an S.B. in Biology. After college, she worked as a laboratory manager for a preclinical CRO. She then attended and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine with an M.D. and received training in internal medicine and pathology. Drawing upon her previous experience at a CRO, she returned to the preclinical sector and joined Pharma Models LLC.
